YOM’s company-owned farm in Brazil

Located in the pristine Amazon tropical rainforest, our company-owned farm in Brazil is on a fertile land, providing abundant sources of flowers and resin, allowing bees to collect bee pollen and propolis of best quality. There is no industrial, agricultural pesticide of air, water, soil or any kind of pollution. The component of propolis depends greatly on the hive box’s surrounding. Brazilian propolis is known for it’s high potency because it contains “artepillin C”, a particularly valuable component in addition to flavonoids of Brazilian propolis.

 

Production process with high standard quality control and inspection.

YOM’s R&D center developed safe, efficient extraction and purification technologies, which dose no harm to the active components and leave no residual solvent; the technologies can increase the content of certain functional ingredients, promoting product’s adding vault and it’s applicability. With strict selection of propolis’ ingredients and rigorous control of flavonoids, phenolic substances, and other precious components, through 1 to 2 years’ optimized extraction processing of these precious components, YOM’s R&D center guarantee quality for production process and product through quality inspection with liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and inductively coupled plasma (IPC).

Under ideal spectrometer test conditions, YOM’s exclusive selected propolis contain numerically more flavonoid and aspirin C than green propolis by up to 30%.
